AmeriCAN Spirit Award

Jim Philips is a no non sense take no prisoner just give him the FAX nothing but the FAX or realize the consequences. He has no fear of reprisal and is the protector of Central Florida. Like the time he uncovered the Sheriff diverting money from homeland security to his new found consulting firm; or when this same sheriff who is now retiring (wonder why) gave his key administrative personnel early out bonus money to retire at the tax payers expense. Or was that hush money? Maybe it is why a Sheriff in an adjoining county was arrested and prosecuted for his criminal deeds. It is no wonder why criminals do not respect the law.
