Are
you over 30, 60 or more and have not viewed the MTV Channel recently
your missing life. It is not just a music channel get a slice of True Life is
just one show with many story lines that will help you in your real life. Many
of us have dealt with some of these issues or perhaps know someone who has or
who will in the future; would you know how to help? You may when you see
some of these episodes; which include follow three army wives whose husbands
have been deployed to Iraq; three people try to deal with their anger management
issues; two girls struggle with drinking problems; I'm looking for my father;
Stutters try to cope with their speech issues; I'm Celibate; I'm getting my big
break are just some of the stories.
Other shows like Punk'd just keep you laughing. Punk'd (puhn-gkd) slang:
To be made a fool of as the target of an extravagantly arranged prank, as in
"You just got punk'd!" In a nutshell: Punk'd makes superstars suffer for
your viewing pleasure.
 Pimp
My Ride takes unsuspecting kids who sent in a help message to the show
because the car they drive is falling apart or even unsafe. Some of these young
men and women are truly remarkable, working two jobs while going to school
or playing in a band and could use a new ride. The remakes of the vehicles
are in one word insane meaning great. Tune in it's worth your time, helping kids

Boiling Point (MIA) Honorable Mention
I tried to find one
of our favorite but guess it got dropped, Boiling Point. Almost like Allen
Funk's Candid Camera Show except the cast perform stunts to see how long the
person will last before reaching a boiling point. If they survive the time
period they get $100 dollars. It is a slice of life showing both side’s patience
on one part and how stupid some people can be to think they can do what ever to
you.
