If you are an American manufacturer, or small business in the USA, or retail chain please contact us to discuss the possibility of a licensing distribution agreement. We require that any/all goods be made or assembled in America USA only.

Don't delay be part of the most recognized brand in the world. The number of products and merchandise sought for licensing is extensive; below is a partial list. Separate licensing agreements are available for products sold exclusively over the Internet versus traditional brick and mortar.

Licensing is not available to wholesalers, flea markets, distributors or jobbers.

The products available for licensing are active wear, hats, tees, pins, mugs, bumper stickers both on sheets or as a single, window decals interior and exterior, jackets, bracelets, movie, DVD, printed items such as books and notepad blocks, jewelry items necklace, bracelet, lapel pin clasp and push pin, watches, socks, shoes for both men and women including active wear or flops, hair items, dolls, games including board, card, interactive, and in different formats, music in a variety of genre. Other items include kites, surfboards, motorcycles or cars as a production line only, no specialty or one of a kind.
This License Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, and the USPTO without regard to conflicts of provisions.

Some associations/organizations have created their own American Spirit Award as a title and/or company recogniton piece. Special licensing is available for those groups that would like to use and present the official licensed plaque.
